Upon delivery, with a payment of 30% (preferably 40%), you can access bank financing for up to 30 years, depending on the buyer’s age. The interest rate is Euribor + 1.5%. With each payment made by the client, they receive a bank guarantee. The purchase is made with a notary, with all the guarantees provided by the law.
