When we put a project up for sale, we request a reservation fee of 6000 euros plus VAT. Once we obtain the license, the client pays up to 15% (including 6000 euros), and the remaining 15% is paid during the construction period (from 18 to 24 months) as agreed upon. Upon delivery, with a payment of 30% (preferably 40%), you can access bank financing for up to 30 years, depending on the buyer’s age. The interest rate is Euribor + 1.5%. With each payment made by the client, they receive a bank guarantee. The purchase is made with a notary, with all the guarantees provided by the law.
